Concerning temporary importation/exportation;Owner’s SMS management or Extension of our SMSfor the operated vessels, clearance at port authorities; crewing services; materials, provisions, repairs and maintenance services requisitions/subcontract; to deliver and receive imported/non imported materials; crew change programming by crewboat or helicopter; to receive and deliver monthly reports and controls, to collect payment documents and communications; to represent owner at freighter and local authorities 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
 

HELIDECK HOMOLOGATION

Concerning Helideck Homologation processes by Aeronautical Directory of Navy - DAERM, Provisory Authorization, Navy Inspections and National Aeronautical Department processes follow up.

PRE-INSPECTIONS

Pre-inspections and preparation for the processes of Port State Control by Navy, for Helideck Homologations by Aeronautical Directory of Navy DAERM and for Aeronautical Radio Station - EPTA homologation, for “M” Category by Aeronautical Traffic Control Department DECEA, by a specialized team that can go anywhere.

CREWING SERVICES

Concerning selection, register, payroll, checks issuing, payment and collect of social charges, contract termination.

IMPORTATION/EXPORTATION

Temporary Importation and Exportation of foreign offshore vessels concerning clearance at port authorities.

CONSULTANCY

Consultancy in Maritime law and rules regarding for the
operation on the Brazilian Waters and Offshore Industry, for
Helideck projects, Aeronautical Radio Stations of Offshore Units,
Logistics support and brokerage.
